Ingredients

  • 50 ml Altos Plata
  • 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Agave Syrup
  • 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice 
  • 30 ml Mumm Champagne Brut
  • Rosemary twig and grapefruit wedge for garnish

Method

Add all ingredients except the champagne to a shaker with ice. Shake. Serve in a tall glass. Top with Mumm Brut. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a rosemary twig.

Altos Citrus Spritz

 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Altos Plata 
  • 4 oz Soda
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • Rosemary and Basil twigs and lime, lemon, and grapefruit wheels for garnish

Method

Fill a gin glass with ice. Serve Altos Tequila, grapefruit juice and agave syrup. Stir. Top off with the soda. Garnish with rosemary and basil twigs and lime, lemon, and grapefruit wheels.  

Altos Skinny Spritz

If your clients are looking for lighter, lower-calorie options, this spritzer will offer a refreshing alternative to heavier cocktails:

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Altos Plata 
  • 3 oz WIN Verdejo (Alcohol-free white wine)
  • 1 oz Soda
  • Elderflower Cordial Drops 
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Method

Build all ingredients into a chilled flute glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Altos Tonic Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Altos Plata 
  • 1 oz fresh Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • 3 oz Tonic Water
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters 
  • Long, thin cucumber slices and citrus wheels for garnish

Method

Fill a gin glass with ice. Serve Altos Tequila, lemon juice, and syrup. Stir. Top off with tonic water and add Angostura bitters.  Garnish with cucumber slices and citrus wheels.
