Devil’s Ginger, a Winning Cocktail!


Jenny and Jeffrey of Green Apple, winners of the Tahona Society Competition 2023, share this amazing recipe with us. We invite you to try it at your bar and share the response!

Devil’s Ginger  

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Altos Plata tequila
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 45 ml hibiscus flower and orange peel cordial 
  • Top with ginger beer

Method: 

Add Altos Plata tequila, lime juice and cordial to a chilled Collins glass. Top with ice and ginger beer. Garnish with fresh hibiscus flowers.
