Margarita Month was a whirlwind, as Altos Tequila took over the UK in style! From exclusive guest bartending events to insightful training sessions, we made sure to celebrate โin a true bartender way.โย
Big shoutout to our incredible Global Ambassadors, Simon Kistenfeger and Drรฉ Masso, along with our UK Ambassador, Simon Hodgson, for making this all happen! And a massive thank you to the 1,400+ bartenders, press and media partners, and tequila enthusiasts who joined us in raising a glass to Margarita Month!
One standout moment was our takeover at The Donovan Bar in Mayfair’s Brown’s Hotel. Teaming up with renowned bars from Mexico CityโLimantour and Hanky Pankyโwe curated a special menu for National Margarita Day.ย
Benjamin from Limantour, Gina from Hanky Panky, and Maestro Salvatore Calabrese crafted an unforgettable Mexican experience, showcasing traditional and modern twists on the classic Margarita.
Limantour’s offerings included the tantalizing Altos Margarita al Pastor, while Hanky Panky delighted everyone with creations like the Green Light and God Save the Queen. Each cocktail embodied the essence of Mexico, crafted with care and expertise.

But the celebration didn’t stop there! We brought the fiesta spirit to Bristol, Manchester, and Edinburgh, with special guest bartenders and beats by DJ Sussy from El Micky. Whether it was wellness talks in Bristol or guest bartending events in Manchester, Altos Margarita Al Pastor stole the show, becoming a symbol of the new Mexican mixology.
In Bristol, our ambassador Simon Kistenfeger, a licensed nutritionist and life coach, spoke with over 30 bartenders on Wellness Day about the importance of balance between body, mind, and spirit, mindful eating, and good sleep for all of us working in the hospitality industry.
Manchester didn’t fall behind, either. Crazy Pedros welcomed Benja from Limantour and El Micky with open arms for an incredible guest bartending event. Once again, Altos Margarita Al Pastor stole the show at the bar. Without a doubt, this cocktail has become a representative of the new Mexican mixology. And it’s a pride for Altos to have been chosen as the best tequila to prepare Margaritas!
And let’s not forget our Sunday soirรฉe at Hoot the Redeemer in Scotland. With El Micky’s tunes and the tantalizing Altos Margarita Al Pastor, we brought a taste of Mexico to Edinburgh, charming locals and visitors alike.
Here’s to Margarita Month 2025! We can’t wait to do it all over again. Cheers to good times, great cocktails, and the vibrant bartender community that makes it all possible.
