Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Serve into a long drink glass. Garnish with marigold flower and pineapple leaves.
In a mixing glass add the ingredients and stir. Serve into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and sugar skill.
For the punch concentrate, boil the water and add all the spices. When the water boils again, lower the heat to simmer. Add the hibiscus flowers, the sugar and the apple. Simmer. Let reduce for 15 minutes. Strain and reserve.
